Classic two channel valve mic preamp and compressor. Eight active tube stages, extremely low-noise preamplifier. Smooth, natural sounding 'soft knee' type compression. Three switchable attack times and six release settings (the fifth and sixth being programme dependent and therefore suitable for stereo mixes and mastering). Separate balanced XLR line inputs and mic inputs. Outputs on balanced XLR. Also features a front panel auxiliary input giving direct access for guitars and electronic instruments.
